The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Rules 2009 (SI 2009/2375) have been published. The rules amend the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 (SI 1986/1915). Additionally the ordinance amends a number of forms to update the addresses for Companies House and the Accountant in Bankruptcy and substitutes a new Form 2.30B (Scot). The rules come into force on the 1 October 2009.
