What has Jess done with the Insolvency Service's post?

You are right to think that Jess looks a bit sheepish in the picture on the right. The Insolvency Service (IS) has posted an announcement on its website regarding some wayward post. Could Jess be responsible? Postman Pat has remained silent on the issue, waving away all enquiries with a stern "no comment." The IS has however spoken out on the issue. It notes: 
"PLEASE NOTE AS A MATTER OF URGENCY: Estate Accounts Services relocated from Ladywood House, Birmingham in May 2008. Our redirection with Royal Mail has now ceased and we have noticed a dramatic reduction in post volumes. If you are still using the OLD Ladywood House address, please amend immediately to our Cannon House address:

18 Priory Queensway
Birmingham, B4 6FD 

WE ALSO REQUEST THAT YOU AVOID USING OUR P.O. BOX ADDRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE – PLEASE USE EITHER THE POSTAL ADDRESS OR OUR DX ADDRESS – DX 713899, BIRMINGHAM 37 SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE YOU."
