As the Insolvency Service (IS) has noted the Consultation Reforming Debtor Petition Bankruptcy and Early Discharge from Bankruptcy ends soon. The closing date for responses is 8 February 2010. This consultation was published on 13 November 2009. The consultation period will have run for 12 weeks. A response can be submitted by email or letter to:
