Insolvency Event - INSOL Academic Forum - Cross-Border Crisis Management in the Banking Sector - University of Leiden, 1-2 July 2010

Dr Paul Omar, the secretary of the INSOL Europe Academic Forum, has sent out details of a forthcoming insolvency event at the University of Leiden entitled: "Cross-Border Crisis Management in the Banking Sector." Dr Omar notes:

"The Academic Forum of INSOL Europe is an association of academic lawyers researching and teaching in insolvency law. In conjunction with the Centre for European Company Law of the University of Leiden, the Academic Forum will be organising a conference at Leiden in the Netherlands on the theme of Cross-Border Crisis Management in the Banking Sector. The meeting, to be held over two days (1-2 July 2010) will feature presentations, given by members of the academic and practitioner community in Europe and elsewhere. As part of the proceedings, there will also be a Reception and Dinner for delegates. An interim conference schedule is available below:
