BIS (pictured) have issued a new document entitled "Dealing with debt: how to make someone bankrupt" (URN: 11/692, Publication date: 2 Feb 2011). The leaflet contains information on how to make someone bankrupt, and explains what happens after the bankruptcy order is made. Meanwhile UCL's Dr Reisberg has publicised the latest publications from the Centre for Commercial Law published jointly with the International Corporate Rescue (ICR, Chase Cambria). The Special Edition contains, inter alia, Mr James Davies recent ‘The Nature and the Scope of the Anti-Deprivation Rule in the English Law of Corporate Insolvency."
